Back From the Dead

After disappearing for Winter Break, and the beginnings of a new semester, I must say: LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL.

Who’d have thought that in one semester, I’d get so much closer to friends I hadn’t seen in quite some time, visit a friend from home who also moved to Boston for college more often than I had last semester, meet new people, lose a roommate and gain a boyfriend that same weekend, and get a new roommate again. My mother and aunt might be visiting soon, I might be visiting New York soon, and I’m loving the new roommate so far.

It’s strange, to think that so much has changed in still less than an academic year. I’d heard college throws new experiences your way each year, but I guess I never realized it’d be as quick to happen as a change in Boston weather. Crazy cool.

On another note, THERE ARE SO MANY SHOWS TO WATCH THIS SUMMER, I DON’T KNOW HOW I’LL BE ABLE TO KEEP FROM BEING A COUCH POTATO. DOCTOR WHO, TRUEBLOOD, MADMEN, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, ONCE UPON A TIME, NEW GIRL…GUYS, SERIOUSLY. How. Am. I. Gonna. Do. It?!

And on top of that, I want to start reading for fun again, maybe get a job, maybe sleep all day, who knows. Eventually, I’ll figure out my life. For now, I think I’ll just enjoy the heck out of it.
